A full time Supervisor position, in our concession in Rotterdam.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will be in support to the manager in the coaching and training of the team members, supervise the sales team, welcome our international customers, offer them a personalised and emotional experience, ensuring the smooth running of the business...

Core Responsibilities
The Retail Supervisor will support the manager in coaching and training team members while supervising the sales floor. They are responsible for welcoming international customers and ensuring a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least one year of professional experience and a strong team spirit. They should be motivated, bold, and passionate about the fashion industry.
