JOB DESCRIPTION:
Packaging Project Manager
Division: ANSC
Reporting to: Michael X McGreal, Manager Packaging Engineering Operations

What You'll Do
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation.
- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource requirements.
- Monitoring project progress and performance against agreed objectives and milestones.
- Identifying risks, resolving challenges, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinating internal stakeholders across engineering, technical, operations, and other functional teams.
- Securing and managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and external partners.
- Selecting and overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and service excellence.
- Leading project meetings and providing clear communication on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Setting priorities, allocating tasks, and guiding project team members to deliver results.
- Driving continuous improvement by conducting post-implementation reviews and capturing lessons learned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Significant experience managing complex packaging or engineering projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to manage external suppliers and contractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English communication skills; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
