As an Eliyan IT Administrator, you will be based close to our Netherlands, Frankfurt, or Berlin office, supporting a fast-paced early stage startup with a mix of Linux, Windows, and Mac machines. You will work closely with the local team to keep IT operations secure, efficient, and well organized as we scale. We offer a fun work environment with excellent benefits.
On-Site (Eindhoven, Netherlands, Frankfurt OR Berlin, GERMANY)
\n- Located in close proximity to our Netherlands, Frankfurt, or Berlin offices
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong fit within the local office — self-starter, aligned working hours and habits, tight organization
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Proficiency across desktop operating systems, including Mac OSX and Windows Desktop/Server
- Moderate Linux (server) proficiency
- Basic coding/automation skills
- Good understanding of system internals (hardware)
- Some experience with Office 365, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience working in or securing IT environments
- ISO27001/SOC or similar compliance audit experience
- Experience managing MDM system(s)
- Experience with configuration management systems
- Prior startup experience
Core Responsibilities
The IT Administrator will support a fast-paced startup by managing and securing a mix of Linux, Windows, and Mac systems. They will work closely with the local team to ensure IT operations remain efficient and well-organized as the company scales.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of IT experience with proficiency in desktop and server operating systems. Strong communication skills and experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure are required, while compliance and MDM experience are considered ideal.
