Job Overview:
The Manager Project Controls requires an in-depth understanding of Project Controls concepts, theories, principles, and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. The Manager of Project Controls must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the controls discipline as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager Project Controls impacts the level of service and the controls team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Decisions made by the Manager of Project Controls should be guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan

The Manager Project Controls is responsible for managing professional staff and overseeing the performance and results of the controls group. They will address operational challenges by adapting departmental plans and influencing processes to ensure quality and timeliness objectives are met.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration and possess over 12 years of experience in cost or project controls within the EPCI industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software like Primavera P6 and SAP, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities, is essential.
