We develop wireless sensor technology for smart buildings, and AI runs through both our products and the company behind them. You will work on two fronts: the AI algorithms at the heart of our products, and the AI workflows that make everyday work across the whole organization smarter and faster.
This is a hands-on builder role. We are not looking for a prompt operator, and not for a data scientist — we are looking for someone who understands the technology and builds with it. Students, recent graduates, and early-career engineers are welcome.

We want to see how you think and build. Instead of a traditional CV, submit a presentation of an AI project you built yourself — what you built, why, and how it works:
- A video recording (max. 10 minutes — recommended)
- A written document with diagrams and code samples
- A public repository with a detailed README

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and improve the AI algorithms inside our products — the models and analytics that turn sensor data into insight.
- Build automated AI workflows that take recurring manual work off people’s plates.
- Bring AI into our systems of record — CRM, ERP, HR, quality, ticketing — together with the people who own those processes.
- Prototype quickly, keep what works, and turn it into shared company infrastructure.
What we’re looking for
- Solid scripting in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience automating workflows and connecting tools through APIs.
- A working grasp of models, data, and agents — enough to reasonabouttrade-offs.
- Completed AI projects you can walk us through end to end — they matter more to us than degrees or years of experience.

Requirements
