Job Description

Looking for a career that comes with sunshine?

Our client in Greece is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join their international team and support customers for one of the world's leading automotive groups.

Whether you're looking for your first international role or your next career move, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, work in a multicultural environment, and enjoy everything Greece has to offer—from vibrant cities and beautiful coastlines to a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with a wide range of automotive-related enquiries. Whether you're providing information about vehicles, assisting with connected services, or resolving customer concerns, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No automotive experience? No problem. You'll receive full training before you get started.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing information about vehicles, products, and services
  • Assisting customers with order updates, vehicle enquiries, and technical support
  • Helping customers locate dealerships and navigate online services
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues using internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with an international team to deliver exceptional customer service

What You Need:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and very good English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence using computers and CRM systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Experience or an interest in the automotive industry is a plus

Important: To be eligible for this role, you must already hold either an EU passport or a valid Greek work and residence permit. Unfortunately, applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.

What's in It for You:

  • Full relocation package: flight to Greece, hotel accommodation upon arrival, and assistance with finding long-term accommodation
  • Competitive salary with 14 salaries per year
  • Referral programme—bring your friends and earn bonuses
  • Private health care and a wide range of employee discounts
  • Paid training with certified instructors
  • Career development opportunities within a multinational company
  • Free online Greek language lessons
  • Social events, community initiatives, and a multicultural workplace

Working with our client means joining a company that invests in its people through ongoing training, career development, and an inclusive international culture. You'll represent a globally recognised automotive brand while building skills that can open doors across the customer experience and automotive industries.

If you're ready to take your career beyond borders and experience life in one of Europe's most popular destinations, your next adventure starts in Greece.

Core Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing automotive-related inquiries and providing technical support. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with an international team to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, along with a customer-focused mindset. Applicants are required to hold an EU passport or a valid Greek work and residence permit, as visa sponsorship is not available.
