business intelligence & dataanalytics, is ruim 30 jaar succesvol met
organisaties te helpen om optimaal te profiteren van data. Met 70 hoogopgeleide
professionals helpen zij organisaties om optimaal te profiteren van data
en voegen ze waarde toe aan hun bedrijfsvoering. Hun werkwijze hierbij is
toegankelijk, transparant en objectief. Vanuit een steeds breder wordende scope
aan dienstverlening ontwerpen, analyseren, ontwikkelen en beheren zij bij
hun klanten. Daarnaast adviseren zij de klanten over het bereiken van hun
tactische en strategische doelen waarbij de gehele data keten wordt overzien.
Zij hebben persoonlijke ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid hoog in het vaandel
staan, waarbij je als mens centraal staat en niet alleen als een
werknemer. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om nieuwe vaardigheden uit te proberen
binnen het vakgebied en nieuwe technologieën te verkennen. De masterclass
zal plaatsvinden op kantoor in Culemborg wat uitstekend is te bereiken,
zowel met de auto als met het openbaar vervoer.
De masterclass
Bij aanvang van dienstverband op 1 oktober 2026 volg je een
intensieve opleiding van zes weken in Culemborg waarin je Met meerdere BI tools
leert werken; je kunt hierbij denken aan: Python, PowerBI, Databricks en
SAS. In de masterclass leer je alles over data engineering,
analyses, rapportages en visualisatie.
Na de masterclass.
Hierna ga je als junior consultant aan de slag bij diverse
klanten, met name in de Randstad, in teamverband en onder begeleiding van
senior consultants. Jij helpt verschillende soortenopdrachtgevers zoals
bijvoorbeeld Rijkswaterstaat, De Nederlandsche Bank en Danone Nutricia om
verder te komen met betrekking tot data engineering, analyses, rapportages en
visualisatie. Elke klantvraag is anders en geen opdracht is hetzelfde, je doet
nieuwe kennis op in elke omgeving waar je werkt.
Functie-eisen
- Een
afgeronde Bachelor of Masterstudie waar statistiek, research of
programmeren aan bod is gekomen
- Samenwerken
en communiceren gaat je gemakkelijk af.
- Ervaring
met één of meerdere van de volgende tools: Python, SPSS, Databricks, R,
Power BI en SAS
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris:
€2.750 bruto per maand tijdens de masterclass, en €2.900 bruto per maand
na het behalen van je eerste certificaat of zodra je bij een klant wordt
ingezet
- Leaseauto (in overleg), mobiliteitsregeling, of NS businesscard
- Opleidingstraject
van 6 weken en een jaarcontract

Core Responsibilities
You will participate in an intensive six-week training program to master data engineering, analysis, and visualization tools. Following the training, you will work as a junior consultant at various client sites to help them achieve their tactical and strategic data goals.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Bachelor or Master degree with a focus on statistics, research, or programming. You should possess strong communication skills and experience with tools such as Python, SPSS, Databricks, R, Power BI, or SAS.
