Vacature: Coördinerend Persoonlijk Begeleider bij Inizo
Werk jij graag één-op-één met jongeren en wil je écht het verschil maken? Bij Inizo krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis en creativiteit in te zetten voor jongeren met autisme en gedragsproblematiek.
Als persoonlijk begeleider ben je dagelijks bezig met het vormgeven van een zinvolle daginvulling voor de jongeren. Je helpt bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van zorgdoelen, houdt contact met het netwerk rondom de jongere. Je werkt aan thema’s als school, werk en thuissituatie. Je bent sparringpartner voor de jongere en schakelt met externe partijen waar nodig.
Wat wij zoeken? We zoeken iemand die stevig in de schoenen staat, mensgericht is en zelfstandig kan werken. Je hebt ervaring met autisme en gedragsproblematiek en kunt omgaan met weerstand en agressie. Je beschikt over een mbo 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur een hbo- diploma in de zorg, en bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs.

Salaris tussen €2.650 en €4.250

Core Responsibilities
You will provide one-on-one support to youth with autism and behavioral challenges, helping them structure their daily activities. Additionally, you will manage care goals and maintain communication with the youth's support network and external parties.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience working with autism and behavioral issues, including the ability to handle resistance and aggression. A MBO level 4 or HBO degree in healthcare and a valid driver's license are required.
