Je werkt meestal samen met een collega aan jullie eigen project. Als eerste monteur elektrotechniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, verzorg je een deel van de werkvoorbereiding, bestel je materialen en houd je de regie over de uitvoering. Werk je met een leerling of minder ervaren collega? Dan neem jij die vanzelf mee in het vak.
Je werkt aan afwisselende projecten binnen verschillende disciplines, van elektrotechniek en duurzame energie tot beveiliging, domotica en datanetwerken. Zo krijg je alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in het werk dat het beste bij je past. Daar staat een salaris van €3.000 tot €4.500, een eigen werkbus, topgereedschap en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden tegenover.

Core Responsibilities
Manage electrical projects from start to finish, including work preparation, material ordering, and execution oversight. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and mentor junior colleagues or apprentices.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrical technician and a solid foundation in electrical engineering. A valid Category B driver's license is mandatory.
