This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday.
What you'll do
Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will:
Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters.
Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift.
Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions.
Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities.
Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub!
Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers.
What you'll need
Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday).
B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!)
An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules.
To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot.
Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time.
Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!)
Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice.

Core Responsibilities
Lead communication between the hub and headquarters while overseeing daily operations, including rider support and package management. Ensure the hub is tidy, processes are optimized, and KPIs are tracked for the largest hub location.
Requirements
Requires B2-level English and availability for evenings, mornings, and every Saturday. Candidates must be physically fit for lifting and walking, with a strong focus on discipline and organizational skills.
