Desk-organisatie.

procesverbetering, teamcoördinatie en een optimale klantbeleving.
Requirements
Voor deze functie zoeken wij bij voorkeur iemand die:
- Organisatorisch sterk is
en structuur kan aanbrengen in processen en werkzaamheden;
- Uitstekende
communicatieve vaardigheden bezit;
- Klantgericht handelt en
een sterke focus heeft op customer experience;
- Goed kan schakelen
tussen gebruikers, management en technische teams;
- Proactief is en
verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor operationele resultaten en
verbeterinitiatieven.
Core Responsibilities
The role involves structuring, professionalizing, and managing the Service Desk organization. The supervisor will provide operational guidance, drive process improvements, and ensure an optimal customer experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be organizationally strong with a focus on customer experience and process structuring. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate between users, management, and technical teams are required.
