- Digitaliseren en modelleren van beweegbare bruggen voor renovatie en onderhoud in de Rotterdamse regio.
- Grootschalige woningbouw en stedelijke gebiedsontwikkelingen met hoge complexiteit.
- Multidisciplinaire civiele projecten met duidelijke maatschappelijke waarde en focus op duurzaamheid en beheer.
- Mbo‑ of hbo‑werk‑ en‑denkniveau (bouwkunde, civiele techniek of vergelijkbaar).
- 3–5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Revit Modelleur; sterke kennis van Revit Structure.
- Pré: ervaring met Civil 3D, 3ds Max of Inventor.
- Communicatief vaardig, leergierig en enthousiast; je werkt zelfstandig én samen met projectleiders, architecten en constructeurs.
- Nieuwsgierig, ambitieus en kwaliteitsgedreven; je houdt van uitdaging en loopt graag voorop in Revit‑ontwikkeling.
- Salarisindicatie medior: €3.200 – €4.200 bruto per maand (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring.
- 30 vakantiedagen (op basis van fulltime) en 8% vakantietoeslag.
- Reiskosten- en telefoonvergoeding.

Core Responsibilities
Create 3D designs in Revit for high-rise buildings, housing, tunnels, and movable bridges. Ensure the quality and consistency of Revit models across all project phases while contributing to process innovations.
Requirements
Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Revit Modeler with strong knowledge of Revit Structure and a vocational or higher professional degree in construction or civil engineering. Candidates should be communicative, quality-driven, and capable of working both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
