Doel van de functie
De Service Coördinator is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van alle serviceactiviteiten binnen Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen, onderhoud, installaties en de-installaties efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en bewaakt de voortgang van alle servicewerkzaamheden.
Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij klanten om monteurs te begeleiden, technische vraagstukken te bespreken en de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te bewaken. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, monteurs, werkvoorbereiding en planning en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden tijdig worden opgevolgd, administratief worden vastgelegd en continu worden verbeterd. Daarmee draag je bij aan een professionele en beheersbare serviceorganisatie, verbeter je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en creëer je ruimte voor de manager om zich meer te richten op tactische en strategische aansturing van de afdeling.

Responsible for the daily coordination of service activities, including malfunctions, maintenance, and installations across the Netherlands. Acts as the primary link between customers, technicians, and planning to ensure timely execution and administrative accuracy.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to guide technicians on-site and handle technical queries to maintain service quality. They should possess strong organizational skills to manage the flow of work and improve service operations.
