Bij Hoveniersbedrijf De Groene M in Dordrecht werk je als Voorman Hovenier in een team van twee man. Je werkt aan het onderhoud van particuliere tuinen. Geen grootschalig openbaar groen waar je in hoog tempo meters draait, maar gedetailleerd werk waarin je plantenkennis, je oog voor snoeiwerk (tot en met fruitbomen) en je gevoel voor de klant echt tot hun recht komen.
Je herkent planten, ziet wat een tuin nodig heeft en bouwt een vaste band op met de eigenaren. Met 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring als voorman weet je hoe je efficiënt werkt én de klant het gevoel geeft dat zijn tuin in goede handen is.
Je krijgt een topsalaris tot €4.000 per maand, een jong en hecht team met kwartaaluitjes en ruimte om door te groeien naar het managen van de hele onderhoudsafdeling. Je rijbewijs heb je, voor de aanhanger leiden we je op.
