In een notendop:
Als technician bij Picnic maak je deel uit van ons interne onderhoudsteam en draag je bij aan het soepel functioneren van onze Material Handling Equipment. We leren je alles over onderhoud en storingen, terwijl jij de vrijheid krijgt om mee te denken en te verbeteren. Je groeit snel, neemt initiatief en bouwt mee aan de techniek van de toekomst. Samen zorgen we dat duizenden bestellingen elke dag soepel worden geleverd. Het Fulfilment Center is 7 dagen per week, 24 uur per dag geopend. Samen met de andere technici werk je in wisselende diensten volgens een 5-ploegenschema, zodat er altijd een deskundige aanwezig is.
De kunst van het vak:

Storingen oplossen en voorkomen: je gaat storingen te lijf en voorkomt dat ze opnieuw optreden;

Problemen voor zijn: je signaleert vroegtijdig symptomen van mogelijke storingen en grijpt in voordat ze problemen veroorzaken;

Preventief onderhoud: je doet preventief onderhoud zodat onze machines altijd draaien;

Continue verbetering: je implementeert continu verbeteringen om de geautomatiseerde systemen optimaal te laten functioneren;
Over jou
-
Je hebt een technisch diploma op MBO-niveau 3 of hoger;

Je hebt 0-2 jaar ervaring in een technische of onderhoudsfunctie;

Je bent geïnteresseerd in het werken met software tools en dashboards;

Je kunt goed communiceren en werkt graag samen in een team.

Je bent proactief, leergierig en vindt creatieve oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen.

Core Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Material Handling Equipment to ensure smooth daily order delivery. Perform preventive maintenance and implement continuous improvements to automated systems.
Requirements
Requires a technical diploma at MBO level 3 or higher and 0-2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role. Candidates should be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a shift-based team environment.
