About the Role
Traders manage their unique strategies in rapidly evolving live markets. They tune model parameters to reflect prevailing conditions, execute trades based on model recommendations, evaluate the real-time feedback provided by market participants’ reactions, and reincorporate this information into their models in a continuous feedback loop.

- New hires work closely with senior traders – analyzing risks and rewards, exploring new strategies, collaborating with quants and software developers to build and optimize trading models.
- Quant Traders work independently and with others to develop ideas and analyses, and integrate them into our trading strategies and systems.

Core Responsibilities
Manage unique trading strategies in live markets by tuning model parameters and executing trades based on recommendations. Collaborate with quants and developers to build, optimize, and integrate new trading models and analyses.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduating in winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027 with a strong quantitative focus. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
