Bij Kolktotaal in Deventer zoeken we een Operationeel Manager die de organisatie soepel laat draaien én verder professionaliseert. We zijn totaalleverancier voor de saneringsbranche en werken met een compacte, hands-on ploeg. Hard werken, korte lijnen en een flinke dosis humor horen hier gewoon bij.
In deze rol stuur je 9 collega's aan binnen logistiek, techniek en de binnen- en buitendienst. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt zicht op de goederenstromen en bent de rechterhand van de oprichter wanneer hij op pad is. Jij hakt knopen door, brengt structuur aan en krijgt mensen in beweging.
Als Operationeel Manager verdien je tussen €5.000 en €6.000 bruto per maand, inclusief een telefoon en laptop van de zaak en een uitstekende pensioenregeling. Een auto van de zaak is bespreekbaar.
