You'll work next to Engineering team and the Founder - half product, half digging into our hiring data for patterns worth shipping.
Tasks
- Help with product research, specs, and testing
- Dig into our candidate and hiring data to surface patterns
- Turn user feedback and data into product insight
Requirements
- Curious and structured, and comfortable with data
- Some stats or data-science chops (Python, SQL a plus)
- Itching to ship something real
