Als Voorman Werkplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de werkplaatsproductie. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd.
- Je beoordeelt tekeningen en productieopdrachten op volledigheid en maakbaarheid
- Je verzorgt de planning en organiseert de inzet van medewerkers, materialen en middelen
- Je stuurt de ploeg operationeel aan en bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Je coördineert de logistieke afhandeling, waaronder transport, verpakking en leveringen
- Je voert eindcontroles uit en zorgt voor een correcte oplevering van producten en productieseries

Hier herken jij jezelf in
Jij bent een ervaren vakman die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collega's weet te motiveren. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënte uitvoering van het werk.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je minimaal een afgeronde opleiding Timmerman niveau 3
- Heb je ervaring in een timmer- of productieomgeving binnen de bouw
- Ben je in het bezit van VCA VOL en GPI of bereid deze te behalen
- Kun je goed plannen, organiseren en overzicht houden
- Beschik je over leidinggevende kwaliteiten en goede communicatieve vaardigheden

Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily management of workshop production, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Acts as the link between preparation and execution, coordinating staff, materials, and logistics for construction projects.
Requirements
Requires a minimum Level 3 Carpentry qualification and experience in a construction production environment. Must possess VCA VOL and GPI certifications (or be willing to obtain them) and demonstrate strong leadership and planning skills.
