About us
De afdeling Werkvoorbereiding van Damen Dredging Equipment in Nijkerk is verantwoordelijk voor de orderafhandeling en bestaat uit een team van zes personen. De sfeer op de afdeling is open, informeel en direct.
The role
De functie Projectleider Werkvoorbereiding is gericht op het coördineren en realiseren van de bouw van baggermaterieel, waarbij productie, kostenbewust, uitbesteding, planning en logistiek kernbegrippen zijn. De functie behelst zowel werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische taken. De verdeling daarvan zal afhangen van het order aanbod en de interne vraag naar product ontwikkeling en standaardisatie.
Key accountabilities
- Werkvoorbereiding (tekening uittrekken, productieplanning);
- Maak- of koopbesluiten nemen, het werk uitbesteden en materialen inkopen;
- Begeleiding, controle en afname van uitbesteed werk zoals bijvoorbeeld constructie-, las- en spuitwerkzaamheden;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke planning;
- Order administratie bijhouden, zoals het maken van nacalculaties en (voortgangs-)rapportages maar ook de controle op de financiële afhandeling.
Skills & experience
- Je bent praktisch, doelgericht, initiatiefrijk, open in communicatie, accuraat en een echte teamplayer die goed zelfstandig kan werken;
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau richting Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Elektrotechniek;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in de (zware) machinebouw en/of constructiebouw;
- Je hebt ervaring in het werken met ERP systemen (ISAH) en met MS Office;
- Je beheerst de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate and realize the construction of dredging equipment by managing production, costs, outsourcing, and logistics. Responsibilities include drawing extraction, procurement, supervising outsourced work, and maintaining financial reporting.
Requirements
Preferably holds an MBO level degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with several years of experience in heavy machinery or construction. Must be proficient in English, MS Office, and ERP systems (specifically ISAH).
