Als Medewerker Dagelijks Onderhoud ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, uitvoerders en onderaannemers. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsmeldingen snel worden opgepakt en netjes worden afgehandeld.

• Salaris tussen €2.500 en €3.500, afhankelijk van ervaring.

Core Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executors, and subcontractors regarding maintenance requests. Ensure that maintenance reports are picked up quickly and handled professionally.
Requirements
Requires an MBO work and thinking level with experience in planning or service coordination. Candidates should have an affinity for the construction industry.
