About the Role
- Flexible casual hours
- Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm
- Support clients in Malvern, St Kilda, Prahan and surrounding community
Here's what you will be doing:
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and social support
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
About you
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent
- A current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homes
- Willingness to obtain - First Aid, CPR & Police check
- Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting
- Availability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings

Core Responsibilities
Deliver personalized, person-centered care to help older community members live independently. Tasks include assisting with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and transporting clients to appointments.
Requirements
Requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) and a valid driver's license with a fully insured vehicle. Candidates must be willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Police checks.
