Deine Mission
- Active Sourcing über Xing, LinkedIn und weitere Kanäle
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Candidate Lifecycle und eine exzellente Candidate Experience
- Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Recruiting-Strategien
- Screening von Bewerbungen und Durchführung qualifizierter Interviews
- Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen und KPI-Steuerung
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Teilnahme an Projekten
Das bringst du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im White-Collar Recruiting
- Erfahrung in Interviewführung und Active Sourcing
- Führungserfahrung in internationalen Teams
- Ausgeprägtes Marktverständnis und Stakeholder-Management
- Organisationstalent und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch-, Niederländisch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strategisches Denken und operative Exzellenz

Manage the full candidate lifecycle and execute active sourcing strategies via platforms like LinkedIn and Xing. Optimize recruiting processes and collaborate with international stakeholders to implement target-group-specific strategies.
Requirements
Requires several years of experience in white-collar recruiting and leadership of international teams. Fluency in German, Dutch, and English is mandatory along with strong stakeholder management skills.
