Bij Van Ginkel Houtskeletbouw in Barneveld krijg je als Bouwkundig Werkvoorbereider de verantwoordelijkheid over complete houtskeletbouwprojecten. Je werkt woningen en bouwprojecten uit in Tekla Structures, stelt productietekeningen, materiaalstaten en stuklijsten op en zorgt ervoor dat alles klaar is voor productie.
Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met opdrachtgevers, constructeurs en architecten en denkt mee over planning, materiaalkeuzes en uitvoerbaarheid. Daarbij zit je niet alleen achter je scherm. Je loopt regelmatig de productiehal in om details af te stemmen en vragen op te lossen.
Werk je nu met bijvoorbeeld Revit, AutoCAD of ArchiCAD? Dan investeren wij graag in jouw overstap naar Tekla Structures.
Je krijgt een salaris tussen €4.300 en €4.700 bruto bij 36 uur en een vast contract bij goed functioneren.

Core Responsibilities
Manage complete timber frame construction projects from initial drawing to production using Tekla Structures. Coordinate with clients, constructors, and architects while overseeing production hall details.
Requirements
Requires an MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working in Architecture or a similar field. Must have experience with 3D drawing in construction.
