Ben jij een gedreven (master) student Industrial Design Engineering en op zoek naar een hands-on stage in strategic business design en innovatie, waarbij je écht het verschil kunt maken? Over Schuberg Philis:
Bij Schuberg Philis zijn we trots op wat we doen. We zijn verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen en beheren van cruciale computersystemen voor grote bedrijven, waaronder Geldmaat, ING en de Haven van Rotterdam. Als stagiair maak je deel uit van ons innovatieteam Lab271 en krijg je de kans om jouw creativiteit en vaardigheden in te zetten om echte problemen op te lossen.
Over Lab271:
Lab271 is het innovatielab waar toekomstgerichte oplossingen worden ontwikkeld voor uitdagende vraagstukken. Hier draait alles om experimenteren en het toepassen van opkomende technologieën om echte problemen aan te pakken. Je zult werken aan onderzoek, conceptontwerp, prototyping, business modelling, visualisaties en workshops voor diverse klanten. Ben je benieuwd naar wat één van je voorgangers heeft gedaan? Wat ga je doen:
- Onderzoek en analyse van complexe klantvragen.
- Vertalen van businessproblemen naar creatieve oplossingen.
- Conceptontwerp en prototyping van innovatieve producten en diensten.
- Faciliteren van workshops en events.
- Bijdragen aan de groei en innovatie van Schuberg Philis.
Wie wij zoeken:
- Een enthousiaste en proactieve student, bij voorkeur volg je de Master Industrial Design.
- Affiniteit met technologie, innovatie, design en digital.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een “can do”-mentaliteit.
- Creatief denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 5 maanden fulltime (startdatum in overleg, bij voorkeur september of februari).

Core Responsibilities
The intern will conduct research and analysis on complex customer questions to translate business problems into creative solutions. Responsibilities include concept design, prototyping of innovative products, and facilitating workshops for diverse clients.
Requirements
Seeking an enthusiastic student, preferably pursuing a Master's in Industrial Design, with an affinity for technology and digital innovation. Candidates must have strong communication skills and be available for at least 5 months full-time.
