Jouw impact
Als Customer Director Consulting ben jij de brug tussen strategie, technologie en uitvoering binnen de Nederlandse energiesector. Je helpt toonaangevende utilities hun meest missiekritische uitdagingen oplossen - en vertaalt ambities naar concrete, uitvoerbare transformatieprogramma's.
Jouw rol
- Ondersteun business development en stakeholder engagement bij toonaangevende TSO's, DSO's en energiebedrijven — van eerste gesprek tot concrete opdracht.
- Adviseer C-level en directie, en vertaal strategische plannen naar transformatieprogramma's die meetbaar en uitvoerbaar zijn.
- Analyseer complexe business- en technische uitdagingen bij TSO's en DSO's — denk aan de impact van netcongestie op digitaliseringsplannen, de integratie van IT en OT in een sterk groeiende grid-infrastructuur, of de digitale transformatie van asset management tegen de achtergrond van grootschalige investeringen in de energietransitie.
- Ontwerp en implementeer samen met SBP-domeinexperts oplossingen met digitale technologie — data-platformen, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity — altijd gericht op mission-critical continuïteit en businesswaarde.
- Bouw en benut strategische partnerships met adviseurs en technologiepartners in het utilities-ecosysteem.
- Werk hands-on samen met multidisciplinaire SBP-teams en stimuleer sectorkennis en -samenwerking.
Jouw kwalificaties
- Minimaal 5 jaar consultancy-ervaring in de energie/utilities-sector; bewezen track record op strategie, technologie en brug naar executie.
- Diepgaande kennis van het Nederlandse TSO/DSO-landschap, sectorregulering en infrastructuurprojecten.
- Ervaring met asset management, IT/OT-integratie, cloud/digitalisering en data analytics.
- Uitstekende stakeholder management skills - van C-level tot operationeel.
- Sterke affiniteit met het mission-critical vitale infrastructuur en het inzetten van technologie voor continuïteit en veiligheid.
- Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels.

Core Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between strategy and execution for leading utilities in the Dutch energy sector by translating ambitions into actionable transformation programs. Support business development and advise C-level executives on complex technical challenges like grid congestion and IT/OT integration.
Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of consultancy experience in the energy/utilities sector with a proven track record in strategy and execution. Must possess deep knowledge of the Dutch TSO/DSO landscape and be proficient in both Dutch and English.
