Operator Vorming

Wat ga je doen?
Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormingsgedeelte van onze snacks op verschillende productielijnen. Je stelt de lijnapparatuur in, bedient en controleert deze, zodat ze volgens geldende procedures tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Dit betekent o.a. dat je de aanwezigheid van grondstoffen, personeel en verpakkingen en goed controleert. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct instellen, omstellen en opstarten van de productielijn en daarbij het bewaken van de juiste werking en het waar nodig bijstellen van snelheid of bijvoorbeeld temperatuur. Ook controleer je de productieoutput op uiterlijk, gewicht en aantallen. Je registreert de productiegegevens (kwaliteit, kwantiteit en technische staat) en werkt volgens ons werkhandboek.
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
Controleren van de aanvoer van juiste grondstoffen en materialen;
Signaleren en oplossen van operationele storingen;
Uitvoeren van testproducties en diverse controles;
Gegevensverwerking in ons systeem;
Instrueren en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers;
Werken volgens de gestelde hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen voor een optimaal eindproduct;
Werkplek ordelijk en schoon houden.
Jij voelt je als een kroket in het vet, als je:
Proactief en kwaliteitsgericht bent
Je kennis hebt van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Je een hands-on mentaliteit hebt en goed kunt samenwerken met collega’s
Bereidt bent om in tweeploegendiensten te werken
Ervaring hebt in de voedingsindustrie

Salaris tussen 2800 euro en 3250 euro per maand exclusief ploegentoeslag
Ploegentoeslag 12,5% (2 ploegen)
15 ATV dagen, wat neerkomt op 40 vrije dagen in totaal!

Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the forming section of snack production lines, including setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment. Tasks include controlling raw material supply, ensuring product quality (weight and appearance), and maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience in the food industry and a proactive, hands-on mentality. Proficiency in Dutch and/or English and willingness to work in a two-shift system are required.
