Functieomschrijving
Wil jij écht midden op de bouwplaats staan, leren van ervaren collega’s en stap voor stap doorgroeien van toezichthouder tot volwaardig directievoerder?
Bij Drees & Sommer krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan gave projecten én jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een internationaal advies- en projectmanagementbureau.
- Je loopt mee met ervaren directievoerders en toezichthouders.
- Je houdt een oogje in het zeil op de bouwplaats en leert hoe je kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid bewaakt.
- Je leert schakelen met aannemers, architecten en opdrachtgevers.
- Je groeit steeds meer in je rol en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

- Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond (MBO/HBO) of je staat aan de start van je carrière.
- Je wil graag leren in de praktijk en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken en communicatief sterk te zijn.
- Je hebt zin om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen uitdagende projecten.

Core Responsibilities
The role involves supervising construction sites to ensure quality, planning, and safety standards are met. You will coordinate between contractors, architects, and clients while growing from a supervisor to a full project manager.
Requirements
Candidates should have a background in construction (MBO/HBO level) or be at the start of their career. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn in practice, and an eye for detail are required.
