Beschrijving van het bedrijf
Onze 7 productielijnen in Steenderen verwerken elk uur zo’n 80.000 kilo aardappelen. Voordat die de fabriek in gaan, passeren ze het Was- en Sorteerbedrijf. Valt die stil, dan stopt alles. Je versterkt een nuchter team van 50 technische collega's die via slimme verbetermethodieken zorgen dat de fabriek blijft draaien.
Functieomschrijving
- Je voert inspecties uit en pleegt preventief onderhoud om storingen aan de installaties te voorkomen
- Je spoort storingen op mechanisch en elektrotechnisch vlak snel op en lost ze vakkundig op
- Je analyseert waarom een machine haperde en bedenkt verbeteringen om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen
- Je zorgt voor het onderhoud en een correct beheer van alle technische hulpmiddelen en gereedschappen
- Je registreert je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden helder in ons digitale onderhoudssysteem SAP
Functie-eisen
- Je hebt minimaal een mbo 3-diploma Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica op zak
- Je hebt ervaring met werktuigbouw, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een productie- of voedingsmiddelenomgeving
- Je hebt basiskennis van elektrotechniek en de motivatie om hierin nog meer bij te leren

Core Responsibilities
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent installation failures and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Analyze machine failures to implement improvements and register all activities in the SAP system.
Requirements
Requires at least an MBO 3 diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics. Experience in mechanical engineering within a production or food environment and basic knowledge of electrical engineering are required.
