Binnen ons Corporate Technical Project Department zorgt het team Fabrieksautomatisering ervoor dat onze productieprocessen in binnen- en buitenland klaar zijn voor de toekomst. Je landt in een informeel team van specialisten in Steenderen, waar we samen werken aan innovatieve en veilige digitale oplossingen voor onze productielijnen.
Functieomschrijving
- Je geeft leiding aan complexe automatiseringsprojecten op het gebied van procesbesturing en productiesoftware voor onze internationale locaties
- Je stelt strakke projectplannen, begrotingen en mijlpalen op en bewaakt hierbij nauwgezet de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Je zorgt voor een succesvolle technische én organisatorische landing van de nieuwe softwareoplossingen op de fabrieksvloer
- Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan die zijn samengesteld uit zowel eigen collega’s als externe technologiepartners
- Je signaleert proactief technologische innovaties en adviseert de Manager Operational Technology over de verdere digitale koers
Functie-eisen
- Je beschikt over een hbo- of wo-diploma in een technische of automatiseringsrichting
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het leiden van grote automatiseringsprojecten binnen de procesindustrie
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis van industriële netwerken, PLC-, SCADA- of MES-systemen en cybersecurity
- Je bezit de nodige overtuigingskracht om zowel externe technologiepartners als interne projectteams succesvol aan te sturen
- Je bent organisatorisch sensitief en communiceert net zo gemakkelijk met directieleden als met techneuten in het Nederlands en Engels

Core Responsibilities
Lead complex automation projects focusing on process control and production software for international locations. Manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure the successful technical and organizational implementation of digital solutions on the factory floor.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or automation field with at least 5 years of experience leading large automation projects in the process industry. Must possess deep knowledge of industrial networks, PLC/SCADA/MES systems, and cybersecurity.
