- Proposition development: Shape messaging and outreach based on live market feedback and customer conversations
- Playbook building: Turn early wins and losses into a repeatable go-to-market playbook for Poland and future expansion markets
- Reporting: Report to the Head of Business Development on pipeline, learnings, and commercial performance
- Fluent Polish and English - you will run customer conversations in Polish
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial role (B2B preferred)
- A track record of closing deals, with clear examples of how you’ve done it
- Strong ability to navigate conversations, build trust, and influence decision-makers
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, tech-driven environments with a high degree of autonomy
- Curiosity, ownership, and a clear drive to build your career in commercial roles
- Base salary: €33,100 – €41,550 + commission plan designed to reward strong performance
