Our language at the office is English, and everyone of our team members speaks at least 3 other European languages.
For the Parts and Accessories team we are looking for a junior-medior administrative person, to work on several activities and support the team and the business to manage volume of tasks.
Do you have a professional level of English, plus at least 1 of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian also at a professional level, then please reach out by sending your CV.
Minimum 32h availability based in Noord- Scharwoude start asap until September 2026
The tasks:
Order processing (SAP and SALESFORCE + Excel)
Creating the OBD's (picking list for the warehouse - Outbound delivery)
Rechecking if the orders are being completed/invoiced
Keep track of the back orders and to take action when the parts are available in stock (creating OBD's)
Answering the telephone to colleagues and dealers

Core Responsibilities
The role involves processing orders using SAP and Salesforce and creating outbound delivery picking lists for the warehouse. Additionally, the candidate will track back orders and handle telephone communications with colleagues and dealers.
Requirements
Candidates must have a professional level of English and proficiency in at least one other European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian). Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week and proximity to Noord-Scharwoude is required.
