Wat ga je doen?
Als senior planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van de productieplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, personeel en productiemiddelen zo efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet om te voldoen aan de forecast en afgesproken serviceniveaus.
Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een correcte informatievoorziening richting productie, controlling en management over de operationele prestaties van de toegewezen business unit.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Opstellen en bewaken van een efficiënt wekelijks detailproductieplan, rekening houdend met beschikbare lijnuren;
- Zorg dragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen op basis van forecast;
- Afstemmen van productiebehoeften met voorraad, output en afzetmogelijkheden;
- Rekening houden met acties, klantorders en technische onderhoudsplannen;
- Signaleren en afstemmen van personeelsbehoefte in samenwerking met productieleiding;
- Verwerken van productiegegevens en verzorgen van rapportages;
- Aanleveren van kostprijsberekeningen en input voor budgetten en kostenanalyses;
- Actief deelnemen aan werkoverleggen met onder andere Hoofd Planning, Productiemanager, Teamleiders en Hoofd Interne Logistiek;
- Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving;
- Fungeren als back-up voor het Hoofd Interne Logistiek.
Besta jij uit deze mix?
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of productieplanning;
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré;
- Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding;
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel;
- Stressbestendig en in staat om snel te schakelen.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and optimizing the weekly detailed production plan to ensure efficient use of raw materials, personnel, and equipment. Provides operational performance reporting to management and coordinates with logistics and production teams to meet service levels.
Requirements
Requires an MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably in logistics or supply chain, with experience in a production environment. Candidates must be stress-resistant, proactive, and proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
