GoodLife Foods Katwijk produceert meer dan 50 soorten “wrapped snacks”, van loempia’s tot samosa’s. Met meer dan 75 collega’s, op 5 productielijnen zorgen we er voor dat hoogwaardige grondstoffen tot hoogwaardige eindproducten worden geproduceerd.
Als monteur ben jij de sleutelfiguur die storingen aan onze apparatuur en installaties snel en efficiënt oplost, waardoor de productie continue kan blijven draaien. Je werkt aan duurzame oplossingen, deelt jouw kennis met collega’s en stem je af hoe zij het beste de machines kunnen bedienen om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen.Daarbij ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van gebouw technisch onderhoud.
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties aan machines en apparatuur;
- Het optimaliseren van productieprocessen op, elektrisch en mechanisch gebied;
- Storingen verhelpen en preventieve maatregelen nemen aan machines en randapparatuur;
- Installeren, testen en ombouwen van (nieuwe) technische apparatuur;
- Modificatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden;
- Lezen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen en schema’s;
- Uitvoeren van gebouw technisch onderhoud zoals kitten of een tegeltje vervangen;
- Deelname aan projecten voor verbetering en vernieuwing.
De werktijden in 2 ploegen:
- Ochtenddienst: 06:00 tot 14:00 uur
- Avonddienst: 14:00 tot 22:00 uur

Besta jij uit deze mix?
- Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar kennis en ervaring met werktuigbouw en elektra;
- Je hebt ervaring met gebouw technisch onderhoud;
- Je sleutelt graag aan verschillende machines en installaties;
- Je bent handig met diverse (hand)gereedschappen en meetapparatuur;
- Ervaring in een voedselproductieomgeving is een pré.
Core Responsibilities
The role involves resolving equipment malfunctions and performing preventive maintenance to ensure continuous production of wrapped snacks. Additionally, the technician is responsible for building technical maintenance and optimizing electrical and mechanical production processes.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO level of thinking and working with 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. Experience in building maintenance is required, and experience in a food production environment is a plus.

In 2018, Excellent joined GoodLife Foods. This company is best known in The Netherlands for the croquettes they produce. After this considerable expansion, GoodLife Foods started working hard to integrate all the brands and plants.
