Job Description
Op onze productielocatie in Oudkarspel, ook wel bekend als Exellent Food & Snack B.V., maken wij onze heerlijke kroketten, bitterballen en bamischijven. Wij zijn op zoek naar Operators in 2 ploegen.
Je gaat allround aan de slag op alle 4 de lijnen in productie. Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen, bijstellen en ombouwen van de machines. Je bewaakt het productieproces, controleert op kwaliteit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen of storingen.
Dagelijkse taken omvatten:
- Controleren van de aanvoer van juiste grondstoffen en materialen;
- Signaleren en oplossen van operationele storingen;
- Uitvoeren van testproducties en diverse controles;
- Gegevensverwerking in ons systeem Patch;
- Instrueren en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers;
- Werken volgens de gestelde hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen voor een optimaal eindproduct;
- Werkplek ordelijk en schoon houden.
De werktijden zijn in 2 ploegendienst:
- Vroege dienst van 05:00 tot 14:00 uur;
- Late dienst van 14:00 tot 23:00 uur.

Besta jij uit deze mix?
- Je hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een rol als Operator;
- Ervaring in de foodsector is een pré;
- Je bent ben communicatief en leergierig.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery across four production lines to ensure quality and efficiency. Tasks include monitoring the production process, resolving operational malfunctions, and maintaining a clean workspace according to hygiene standards.
Requirements
Requires an MBO level of education and at least 2 years of experience as an Operator. Experience in the food sector is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
