Wat ga je doen?
Als monteur ben jij de sleutelfiguur die storingen aan onze apparatuur en installaties snel en efficiënt oplost, waardoor de productie continue kan blijven draaien, daarnaast zorg je ook voor preventief onderhoud. Je werkt aan duurzame oplossingen, deelt jouw kennis met collega’s en stem je af hoe zij het beste de machines kunnen bedienen om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen. Daarbij ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van gebouw technisch onderhoud. Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen, jij hebt hierin een voorbeeldfunctie.
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties aan machines en apparatuur;
- Het optimaliseren van productieprocessen op, elektrisch en mechanisch gebied;
- Storingen verhelpen en preventieve maatregelen nemen aan machines en randapparatuur;
- Installeren, testen en ombouwen van (nieuwe) technische apparatuur;
- Modificatie- en revisiewerkzaamheden;
- Lezen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen en schema’s;
- Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden voortkomend uit acties ten aanzien van kwaliteit & veiligheid.
- Deelname aan projecten voor verbetering en vernieuwing.

Besta jij uit deze mix?
- Is fulltime beschikbaar en bereid om in een dagdienst/weekend rooster te werken;
- Beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Heeft minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar kennis en ervaring met werktuigbouw en elektra;
- Heeft ervaring met gebouw technisch onderhoud;
- Sleutelt graag aan verschillende machines en installaties;
- Is handig met diverse (hand)gereedschappen en meetapparatuur;
- Heeft ervaring in een voedselproductieomgeving is een pré.
Core Responsibilities
The role focuses on resolving equipment malfunctions and performing preventive maintenance to ensure continuous production. Additionally, the position is responsible for building technical maintenance and optimizing electrical and mechanical production processes.
Requirements
Candidates need an MBO level of education and 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering. Experience with building technical maintenance is required, and experience in food production is a plus.
