Op onze productielocatie in Oudkarspel, ook wel bekend als Exellent Food & Snack B.V., maken wij onze heerlijke kroketten, bitterballen en bamischijven. We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Monteur in 2 ploegen.
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verhelpen van storingen aan apparatuur/installaties in de productie n.a.v. ontvangen meldingen;a
- Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan apparatuur/installaties;
- Uitvoeren van aanpassingen/verbeteringen aan apparatuur/machines;
- Beoordelen van de staat van onderhoud aan de hand van controlelijsten en noteren van bevindingen
- Hanteren van (hand)gereedschappen en diverse test- en meetapparatuur;
- Monteren, demonteren en bedienen van diverse machines en installaties;
- Lezen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen en schema’s;
- Instellen/bijstellen parameters;
- Voorstellen doen ter verbetering van processen.
De werktijden zijn in 2 ploegendienst:
- Vroege dienst van 05.00 tot 14.00 uur;
- Late dienst van 14.00 tot 23:00 uur.

Ben jij de juiste match?
- Minimaal MBO 3 elektrotechniek/ MBO 3 werktuigbouw;
- Kennis en ervaring met het werken met mechaniek, elektra, PLC techniek;
- Kennis van pneumatiek en koeltechniek is een pré;;
- Je vindt het leuk om met techniek bezig te zijn en aan grote machines te werken.
Core Responsibilities
The role involves troubleshooting, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and implementing improvements on production equipment. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, adjusting parameters, and ensuring the operational state of machinery.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least an MBO 3 degree in electrical or mechanical engineering. Experience with mechanics, electricity, and PLC technology is required, while knowledge of pneumatics and cooling technology is a plus.
