Wij zoeken fulltime én parttime toppers die houden van aanpakken. Ervaring is niet nodig, motivatie wel!
Wat ga je doen als Productiemedewerker?
Je werkt in teamverband aan een productie- of verpakkingslijn;
Je bent een allround productiemedewerker, waarbij je veel afwisseling mag verwachten: zo kan je bijvoorbeeld bezig zijn met het mengen van (maaltijd)salades, het vullen van deze salades en pokébowls en het afwerken ervan;
Je denkt mee in het verbeterproces van onze (maaltijd)salades;
Je start om 07.00 uur en eindigt je shift rond 15.00 uur/16.00 uur.
Wat zoeken we in jou als Productiemedewerker?
Je bent gemotiveerd en niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken.
Je hebt affiniteiten met onze producten en je vindt het leuk om met voedsel te werken;
Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels;
Je woont (bij voorkeur) in of nabij Oud-Beijerland. Wij hanteren een maximale reistijd van 30 minuten, zodat je nog genoeg energie hebt na je werk;
Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 3 dagen per week.
Als productiemedewerker krijg jij:
Salaris conform CAO: €14,71 per uur – vanaf 18 jaar, excl. vakantiegeld & toeslagen;
Overuren direct maandelijks uitbetaald + toeslag van 135%;
Opgebouwd vakantiegeld uitbetaald in mei;
26 vakantiedagen – o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur);
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,18 p/km vanaf 10 km enkele reis;
Pensioenopbouw via de CAO;
Persoonlijke begeleiding van productieleiders en koks;
Bedrijfsfeesten, soep op donderdag en een top werksfeer!

Core Responsibilities
Work in a team on production and packaging lines, specifically mixing and filling meal salads and poké bowls. Contribute to the improvement process of the food products during daily shifts.
Requirements
Motivated individuals who enjoy working with food and are available at least 3 days per week. Proficiency in Dutch or English and residency near Oud-Beijerland is preferred.
