Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences consulting with focus in domain scope
- Proven track record in shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation deals
- Strong Life Sciences domain credibility with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Experience translating business strategy into compelling solution visions and architectures
- Deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI application in domain scope
- Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and senior executive level
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance expectations
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and shape solutions where no blueprint exists

Requirements
Requires over 15 years of experience in Life Sciences or consulting with a proven track record in complex transformation deals. Must possess deep expertise in AI, regulated environments, and the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
