- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) solutions for enterprise PLM environments.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain Active Workspace configurations using the Declarative UI framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates.
- Drive Teamcenter data modeling activities using BMIDE to support business processes and optimize user experience.
- Manage deployment activities, environment configurations, and release processes using Deployment Center.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of Teamcenter solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Active Workspace best practices, architecture standards, and implementation strategies.
- Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Teamcenter environments.
- 8–10 years of overall experience with Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC).
- Strong expertise in the Active Workspace Declarative UI Framework, including JSON-based view models and HTML templates.
- Advanced knowledge of BMIDE, including Naming Rules, Deep Copy Rules, Display Rules, and data model customization.
- Experience creating technical design documentation from business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter deployment methodologies and environment management.
- Hands-on experience with Deployment Center and release management processes.
- Solid understanding of Teamcenter architecture, configuration, and customization practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead end-to-end Active Workspace implementation and enhancement projects.
- Design scalable and maintainable Teamcenter solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and customize Active Workspace user interfaces and business processes.
- Develop and manage Teamcenter data models using BMIDE best practices.
- Coordinate deployments, environment management, and release activities across multiple environments.
- Act as a bridge between business process analysts and technical implementation teams.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development and support teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and user experience improvements within Teamcenter environments.
