We zoeken enthousiaste Orderpickers om ons team te versterken.
Wat ga jij doen als Orderpicker?
Als Orderpicker ben jij de schakel tussen productie en klant. Aan de hand van een bestellijst verzamel jij onze heerlijke producten, zoals gesneden fruit, pokébowls en salades. Eigenlijk ben je aan het shoppen, maar dan voor supermarketen, winkels en bedrijven!
Je krijgt een lijst met bestellingen van je teamleider;
Je pakt de juiste producten uit ons assortiment;
Je legt ze in de juiste kratten en controleert alles nauwkeurig;
Alles compleet? Dan kunnen jouw kratten zo de vrachtwagen in;
Doordeweeks werk je in een dagdienst tussen 10.30 uur tot 20.00 uur/21.00 uur;
De dienst op de zaterdag begint om 07.00 uur en eindigt rond 15.00 uur/16.00 uur.
Wat zoeken we in jou als Orderpicker?
Je bent gemotiveerd en niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken;
Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels;
Je woont (bij voorkeur) in of nabij Rotterdam. Wij hanteren een maximale reistijd van 30 minuten, zodat je nog genoeg energie overhoudt voor na je werk;
Je houdt van aanpakken en bent fysiek fit, daarnaast kun je ook secuur werken;
Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 3 dagen per week, bij voorkeur ook op de zaterdagen.
Als Orderpicker krijg jij:
Salaris conform CAO: €14,71 per uur – vanaf 18 jaar, excl. vakantiegeld & toeslagen;
Overuren direct maandelijks uitbetaald + toeslag van 135%;
Opgebouwd vakantiegeld uitbetaald in mei;
26 vakantiedagen – o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur);
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,18 p/km vanaf 10 km enkele reis;
Pensioenopbouw via de CAO;
Bedrijfsfeesten, soep op donderdag en een top werksfeer!

Core Responsibilities
Collect products such as cut fruit, poké bowls, and salads based on order lists for supermarkets and businesses. Ensure all items are accurately picked, placed in the correct crates, and prepared for truck loading.
Requirements
Candidates must be physically fit, motivated, and able to work accurately. Proficiency in Dutch or English is required, along with availability for at least 3 days a week, preferably including Saturdays.
