The successful candidate will join the Data Intelligence team and be responsible for the technical management, stability, evolution, and strategic direction of CAD/GIS processing platforms while actively developing and deploying advanced automation capabilities. This role will support and enhance our data processing, geotechnical, geophysical, inspection and geo-data analytics (Geowynd) and advice service delivery teams.

The position bridges current production needs with future-state architecture. Ensuring today’s data workflows are robust, scalable, and trusted, while shaping next-generation solutions using automation and applied AI by steering our technology, digital and software team.

  • Set technical direction and best practice for FME, ESRI Enterprise platforms, Python-based automation, and data orchestration tooling.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and guidance to geomatics and data teams on automation-first delivery.

Platform & Delivery Enablement

  • Own, manage and develop web-based GIS platforms (e.g. ESRI Portal / Enterprise) for internal and client-facing digital solutions.
  • Ensure delivery systems are dependable, scalable, and aligned with project demand for all GIS/CAD deliverables.
  • Support data delivery teams by ensuring tooling, data pipelines, and platforms are production-ready and resilient.
