Job Description
Binnen ons projectteam werken wij aan het verbeteren van onze duurzaamheids- en milieuprestaties. Hierbij richten wij ons op de ontwikkeling richting een milieumanagementsysteem conform ISO 14001. Om dit goed te onderbouwen en praktisch te maken, zoeken wij een stagiair(e) die helpt om inzicht te krijgen in onze huidige situatie én deze vertaalt naar concrete verbeterstappen.
Je krijgt een brede en concrete opdracht waarin analyse en praktijk samenkomen:
In kaart brengen van de huidige milieu-impact van onze organisatie
Analyse van materiaalstromen en materiaalgebruik (input, verwerking, afval, hergebruik)
Analyse van processen, energiegebruik en afvalstromen
Uitvoeren van een gap-analyse richting ISO 14001
Identificeren van verbeterkansen (duurzaamheid + efficiency + kosten)
Opstellen van een praktisch implementatie- en verbeterplan
Eventueel ontwikkelen van KPI’s en rapportagestructuur
Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:
HBO-student (3e of 4e jaar) in bijvoorbeeld bedrijfseconomie, sustainability, technische bedrijfskunde of milieukunde
Analytisch sterk en gestructureerd
Zelfstandig en proactief (je gaat zelf informatie ophalen in de organisatie)
Interesse in duurzaamheid, procesverbetering en bedrijfsvoering
Niet bang om door te vragen en dingen uit te zoeken
Core Responsibilities
The intern will map the organization's current environmental impact and perform a gap analysis against ISO 14001 standards. They will develop a practical implementation plan to improve sustainability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Candidates should be 3rd or 4th year HBO students in Business Economics, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Science. Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in process improvement are required.
