Als bouwkundig projectmanager bij MPenB werk je aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten: van woningbouw tot grote namen zoals Lelystad Airport en het Binnenhof. Jij zorgt dat plannen werkelijkheid worden en bewaakt daarbij tijd, budget, kwaliteit en risico’s.
Je schakelt dagelijks met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en overheden. Je stelt planningen op, bewaakt het budget en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Daarbij krijg je de vrijheid om je werk zelf in te delen en werk je zowel op kantoor, thuis als op projectlocaties.
Bij MPenB kom je terecht in een hecht team waar hard werken en plezier hand in hand gaan. Je krijgt een salaris tot €8.000, 35 vakantiedagen, een leaseauto en winstuitkering. Daarnaast is er veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei.
Heb jij een hbo- of wo opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde, Architectuur of vergelijkbaar en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als projectmanager in de bouw?

Core Responsibilities
Manage diverse construction projects from residential housing to large-scale infrastructure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate daily with clients, contractors, and government authorities to oversee project execution and quality.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry is required.
