Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Applications (eCommerce) Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering world-class digital commerce solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader with deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Oracle Commerce Cloud to drive the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end eCommerce platforms that support business growth and innovation.

In this high-impact role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. You will lead solution architecture and delivery, partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and ensure seamless integration with critical enterprise systems. Along the way, you will champion best practices, optimise operational performance, and mentor colleagues to build technical capability across the team.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end eCommerce platforms using Salesforce or Oracle Commerce Cloud. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure digital commerce solutions.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with deep expertise in SFCC or OCC platforms. Candidates must demonstrate strong IT delivery skills, experience in change management, and the ability to transform business needs into functional designs.
