  • Conduct in-depth technical and economic studies to help customers optimize their FCC operations and improve unit profitability.
  • Prepare and present technical papers at industry seminars, conferences, and customer events.
  • Partner with the business to identify future technical needs, market opportunities, and areas for innovation.

Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FCC operations, FCC catalyst business, or FCC licensing.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an asset.
  • A balanced combination of technical depth and commercial awareness, enabling strong customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

  • Strong communication and consultation skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and respond clearly under multiple perspectives.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and collaborative working capabilities.
  • Analytical strength and a solution-driven approach to technical challenges.
  • A proactive attitude toward driving improvement initiatives and seeing them through.
