Vacature: Projectontwikkelaar Commercieel Vastgoed – Borghese Real Estate (Nijkerk)
Werk je in vastgoed en merk je dat je vaak adviseert over projecten, maar niet degene bent die de knopen doorhakt? Bij Borghese Real Estate neem je zelf het initiatief. Je ontwikkelt projecten van eerste kans tot oplevering en zit aan tafel bij belangrijke beslissingen.
Wat je gaat doen:
• Kansen signaleren en locaties beoordelen
• Haalbaarheid toetsen en plannen onderbouwen
• Aansturen van adviseurs en externe partijen
• Onderhandelen over aankoop en verhuur
• Projecten begeleiden van initiatief tot oplevering
Wat we zoeken:
• 4+ jaar ervaring in vastgoed (bijv. adviseur of taxateur)
• HBO- of WO-opleiding richting vastgoed of bouwkunde
• Commercieel inzicht en sterk in afwegingen maken
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen

The role involves identifying opportunities, assessing locations, and managing commercial real estate projects from initial concept to completion. Responsibilities include testing feasibility, managing external advisors, and negotiating purchase and rental agreements.
Requirements
Candidates need at least 4 years of experience in real estate, such as in advisory or appraisal roles. A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate or architecture is required, along with strong commercial insight.
