You will lead the alarm and service center, overseeing daily operations and team performance. Additionally, you will define the commercial and operational strategy while collaborating closely with the management team.
Requirements
The role requires a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, along with proven experience in managing large customer contact teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee and improve complex processes are essential.
