Customer Support Agent for the Mercedes Team - Dutch speaking

Job Description
We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join our team supporting the Mercedes-Benz project. The role involves providing frontline customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat.
Your tasks include handling customer contacts covering:
Roadside Assistance (RSA)
- 24/7 breakdown support following strict safety guidelines
- Recovery assistance for vehicles to dealerships
- B2B & B2C customer support
- Collecting customer & vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.)
Connected Mobility Services (CMS)
- Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services
- Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services
- Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring
- Inform customers about features included in service packages
- Basic troubleshooting; complex issues escalated to Backdesk
Customer Service (CS)
- Handle first-line inquiries: warranties, maintenance appointments, dealership details, workshop complaints, goodwill requests, list-price/tax inquiries, and general technical documentation
- Provide support to demanding luxury clients, often in sensitive situations
- Dutch: C1 (mandatory)
- English: B2 (for training & operations)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Advanced problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with PC apps, mobile platforms (Android/iOS), and basic network setups
- Driver’s license: a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support: preferred but not required

Core Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer support for Mercedes-Benz via phone, email, and chat, covering roadside assistance and digital mobility services. Handle inquiries regarding warranties, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting for luxury clients.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2) with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer or technical support is preferred but not required.
