\n- Lead and support software implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements and expectations
- Act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and successful outcomes
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain software solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality standards
- Create and review technical design documentation based on functional specifications
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Support system integrations with client environments, including legacy systems and third-party tools
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks within scope, budget, and quality expectations
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in ERP implementations or software consulting roles
- Strong development experience with X++ and SQL, including performance tuning
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
- Experience in system customization, integration, and API development
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, and enterprise architecture concepts is a plus
